Quan-Pu Chen
Education/ Experience
Quan-Pu Chen received his undergraduate degree in Land Economics from National Chengchi University (NCCU) in 2016. From 2017 to 2020, he conducted research and advocacy work on farmland conservation in Taiwan, focusing on the governance of illegal factories on farmland and the integration of agricultural land preservation into spatial planning. Since 2021, he has been pursuing a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics at National Taiwan University (NTU). His research focuses on developing policy solutions to mitigate land-use conflicts and enhance synergies between solar PV development and agriculture, aiming to achieve a sustainable balance between renewable energy expansion and farmland conservation.
